Currently, Smart Farmers does not require registration or login to access general information. Where registration is provided for specific services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information. Smart Farmers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason.

Any reviews, comments, feedback, or suggestions you submit to Smart Farmers may be used by Smart Farmers for any purpose without compensation to you. You warrant that any submission is your original work or that you have the necessary rights to submit it. You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harmful content.

5. Accuracy of information and pricing

Smart Farmers strives to provide accurate information. However, errors or inaccuracies may occur. Smart Farmers reserves the right to correct errors, modify or update information, and cancel orders where necessary.

6. Services and pricing

Services offered (for example Smart Farmer ID creation, registration fees, verification charges) will be displayed on the website with prices in Indian Rupees (INR).
Smart Farmer ID (Download & Print): ₹23
Smart Farmer PVC Card (Home Delivery): ₹99

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies applicable to specific services will be available on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page. Users should review that policy before making payments.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Farmers and its officers, agents and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Smart Farmers and its representatives harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your use of the site or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.

Smart Farmers complies with the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. User information collected through this website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No sensitive personal or financial data is collected or shared with third parties.

13. Non-affiliation with government entities

Smart Farmers and its services, including Smart Farmer ID, are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government department, ministry, or agency. The Smart Farmer ID is not a government-issued identification card.

14. User obligations

Users must ensure that the details they submit (such as Farmer ID, name, village, etc.) are correct and belong to them. Providing false or misleading data may lead to denial of service or permanent restriction from the website.

15. Intellectual property rights

All text, design, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Smart Farmers (owned by Tukaram Gopal Thakare). Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited without written consent.
